Iced Ube Latte

This iced ube latte is as refreshing as it is eye-catching, with that unmistakable purple colour. Perfect for hot days, it combines the delicate sweet flavour of ube with the creaminess of cold milk. A healthy drink that's easy to make and perfect for impressing everyone.

Ingredients

  • 2-5 grams of ube powder
  • 60 ml of warm water
  • 200 ml of cold milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener (optional)

Instructions

Dissolve the ube powder in the warm water using a whisk, until you get a smooth mixture with no lumps. If you like, add the sweetener at this stage so it blends in better.

Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the cold milk over the ice, then finish by adding the ube mixture on top. Stir gently before serving and enjoy nice and cold.
