2. Scope
The promotion is valid for purchases made through Matcha & CO’s online store (https://matchaandco.com) with delivery addresses located in Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, and Poland.
3. Promotion Mechanics
For each purchase made on the Matcha & CO website, the customer will receive a guaranteed gift.
The assigned gift can be checked on the page https://s.matchaandco.com/ by entering the required information.
The type of gift depends on the order amount and/or the specific conditions indicated on the promotional landing page.
4. Participation Conditions

Only individuals aged 18 or older residing in one of the eligible countries may participate.

The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made on Matcha & CO’s official website.

Participation through fraudulent purchases, full or partial returns made solely to obtain the gift, or any other misuse of the promotion is not allowed.

Gifts are subject to availability. If a particular gift runs out, Matcha & CO reserves the right to replace it with another of equivalent value.
5. Gift Delivery
The gift will be included automatically in the shipment or sent separately, depending on logistics and stock availability.

6. Returns and Cancellations
If a customer requests a full or partial return that results in the loss of eligibility for the gift (for example, if the minimum purchase amount or other conditions are no longer met), the customer must also return the gift received.
Otherwise, Matcha & CO may deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.

Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, for the purposes of managing the promotion, fulfilling orders, and, where applicable, sending commercial communications with the user’s consent.

8. Liability
Matcha & CO is not responsible for technical or logistical issues beyond its control that may prevent the proper functioning of the promotion.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion for justified reasons, without prejudice to customers’ acquired rights.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and of any specific details published on https://s.matchaandco.com/.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in relation to this promotion shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), and participants expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
