Ingredients

2 g Premium Matcha
1 tablespoon of hot water
Fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons of brown sugar (adjust to taste)
Juice of half a fresh lime
Crushed ice
Sparkling water

Instructions

Dissolve the Premium Matcha in one tablespoon of hot water until you get a smooth paste. In the serving glass, vigorously muddle the fresh mint leaves with the brown sugar to release the essential oils. Add the juice of half a lime and mix well.

Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour the matcha paste over the ice, and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with extra mint leaves and a slice of lime before serving.
