Have you ever tried blondies? They’re like traditional brownies, but made with white chocolate: soft, sweet, and full of texture—a real treat for your taste buds.

In this recipe, we give them a special twist by adding Matcha Golden Milk, that comforting blend of warm spices we love, along with a touch of pure matcha that adds color and a unique flavor. Perfect for surprising friends, family, or simply treating yourself.

Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g flour
  • 115 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • A handful of walnuts
  • 3 g Matcha Golden Milk

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and break 200 g of white chocolate into two 100 g portions. Set one aside and melt the other with the butter. Let it cool slightly.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and frothy.

Gradually fold the chocolate and butter mixture into the eggs and sugar. Add the sifted flour and 3 g of Matcha Golden Milk until smooth. Mix in the chopped nuts and the reserved white chocolate.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve alone or with ice cream.
