Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup almonds
1 tablespoon chia
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
1 mashed banana
2 grams of matcha culinary
100g dark chocolate for melting
Instructions

Pour the rolled oats into a bowl along with the sultanas, chopped almonds, chia, salt and matcha. Mix well.

Add the honey or agave syrup and mix again until well distributed. Cut up a banana and mash it until it is mashed. Add it to the mixture and stir.

Pour the mixture into a glass dish, spread it well and flatten it a little so that it is compact. Bake in the oven (previously heated) at 180º for 5-10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown.

Once cold, we can cut into pieces and dip them in a little dark chocolate.
