These Matcha Bagels paired with salmon and cream cheese are the perfect appetizer for your dinners. Surprise everyone with this simple, elegant, and flavorful recipe.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 g Culinary Matcha
1 beaten egg

Filling:

Smoked salmon
Cream cheese
Avocado
Capers
Chives

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and matcha. Knead on a floured surface until you get a smooth, elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 4 portions, shape them into cylinders, and connect the ends to form bagels.

Brush the bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with your favorite toppings (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or flaky salt work perfectly).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and fully cooked. Finally, slice them in half and fill with smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese, chives, and a few capers.
