Earl Grey Tea and Lemon biscuits

Enjoy these delicious Earl Grey Tea and Lemon biscuits 🍋 They are irresistible and healthy. Moreover, Earl grey tea contains a large amount of antioxidants and helps to increase your energy.

Ingredients

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 small glass of Erythritol
  • 30 grams of olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • 250 grams of oat flour
  • 1 small glass of lemon juice
  • 20 grams of lemon zest (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 grams of our Earl Grey powdered tea

Instructions

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and lemon zest.

Make a well in the center and pour in all the liquid ingredients and mix well.

Spoon the biscuits into a greased baking dish or covered with baking paper, leaving about 5 centimeters between each biscuit.

Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º. Delicious!
