what are you actually eating before a session
Genuinely curious because I've never fully cracked this. I've been doing rice cakes with peanut butter about 90 mins out and it's... fine. Not bad, not life-changing, just fine.
Had a long brick session Saturday and honestly felt like I ran out of fuel around the 1h45 mark which made me think maybe I'm undereating beforehand or timing it wrong. Hard to know.
I've seen people swear by banana and oats, others say they train fasted and feel great — I tried fasted once and basically wanted to lie down on the pavement lol. So that's a no from me.
What are you eating and how long before? Especially if you're doing anything over 90 mins.
