strawberry and yoghurt bowl — v easy, I promise

Right so strawberries are proper good right now and I've been just eating them straight from the punnet like an animal but decided to actually do something with them this morning. Basically just thick Greek yoghurt, sliced strawberries, a small handful of granola I found at the back of the cupboard, and a tiny drizzle of honey. That's it. Done in about three minutes while the kettle was boiling. Ngl it felt a bit more like a proper breakfast than my usual grab-and-run situation. Kept me going until like 11 which honestly never happens. What I used: - Greek yoghurt (full fat, none of that watery stuff) - Strawberries, sliced - Granola — whatever you've got - Honey, just a bit - Optional: a few seeds if you're feeling fancy, I wasn't

this is basically my go-to when I can't be bothered — Greek yoghurt does the heavy lifting satiety-wise

I make something like this before early morning rides sometimes — the protein in Greek yoghurt actually stacks up reasonably well for a quick pre-ride meal. Granola timing matters though, I try to avoid too much fibre right before going out the door.
