spring skin reset (nothing fancy)
Right so I basically stripped everything back this month. Was using too much, too many steps, and my skin was just... annoyed tbh.
Now it's like — cleanser, collagen drink in the morning, SPF. That's genuinely it most days. Maybe a light moisturiser at night if it feels tight.
The collagen thing I keep coming back to because honestly the difference I notice isn't from anything I'm putting on my face. It's from the inside. My skin just looks less tired? Less dull. Hard to explain but it's been consistent enough that I trust it now.
Spring always makes me want to simplify anyway. Less layers, less product, just let skin do its thing.
