right so this is basically my whole morning session

20 minutes. That's it. I know that sounds like nothing but honestly it's the only way I've kept it consistent. Three kids, up at half six, work by half eight — there's no version of my life where I'm doing an hour before school drop. So I stopped pretending I would. Just 20 minutes, same time, same spot next to the sofa. Dumbbells, mat, whatever's on YouTube. Done before anyone's properly awake. The thing I've noticed is I'm not really thinking about it anymore. Like I'm not deciding whether to do it, I just... do it. That took a while to get to mind you — probably two months of being a bit rubbish first. Matcha before, whey after if I remember. Sometimes I forget the whey. Life.

nothing for 20 mins tbh, not worth the faff

I train fasted for anything under 45 mins, just creatine and water — 20 minutes I genuinely wouldn't bother eating first
